The average deductible for employer-provided family health coverage is $2,700, with high-deductible plans averaging about $4,500. Accident & Injury Insurance is supplemental health coverage that has no deductible or copay. If an accident or injury happens during the covered activity, you can be reimbursed for your out-of-pocket medical expenses (up to $5,000). For a one-time fee, you can be reimbursed for up to $5,000 of out-of-pocket medical costs resulting from an injury that occurs during a practice or a game.
