In this article, Arbiter introduces a new feature within Arbiter Scheduling, allowing schools to seamlessly document and organize their athletic expenditures. This tool gives schools the ability to track and report spending on boys and girls sports across categories in the following areas:
- Equipment & Supplies
- Travel & Per Diem
- Awards
- Coaches's Salaries/Team Count
- Facilities Improvements
Additionally, coed sports are not counted in the final numbers. This distinction ensures that your report reflects only the financial support provided directly by the school, maintaining compliance with Title IX guidelines.

Clicking on a sport in the Roster Review section opens a table showing students on the official roster and those marked as Active and Inactive. Inactive students either didn't make the team or chose not to continue.

-
Click Save & Quit or Save Progress.

If a sport has multiple levels, you’ll need to Include or Exclude students for each level. Be sure to Save & Quit or Save Progress as you go. Once finished, click Mark Complete—this must be done for each level.
Completion Statuses
The Roster Review table will have certain statuses that indicate the following:
This means you haven’t started marking which students should be included or excluded from the sport.

This means you are done including and excluding students from the report.
What does Raw and Revised mean?
Under the level column, you’ll see Raw students and Revised students. Raw students are those originally pulled into the report—whether they were active, inactive, or simply showed interest. Revised students are the number of students you officially included on the team after making exclusions.
