to Annual All Non-Student Transfer Only, preserved None and Student Transfer

- Removed the term “Varsity” in Student Transfer: Updated the student transfer registration form to use “Activity Participation” instead of “Varsity Participation.” Field labels have been revised to reflect inclusive, state-agnostic language (for example, “List activities (10 max)”), and the updates apply across all relevant templates and workflows for consistency and clarity.
FIXES
- Improved Error Messages for Missing Required Fields: Resolved an issue where program cloning or template creation showed vague or misleading errors when required fields (such as Type) were missing. The system now displays clear, actionable validation messages that guide users to the fields needing attention.
- Registration Date Sorting Fix in Reports: Fixed an issue in Student Registration reports where sorting by Registration Date ignored the time of submission. Registrations are now sorted by both date and time, ensuring same-day entries appear in the correct order and improving report accuracy and trust.
- Checkout Total Fix When Adding Sections: Fixed a UI issue where checkout incorrectly showed $0 due after adding a new section to a completed registration. Totals now recalculate correctly—adding section fees when applicable and leaving the balance unchanged for no-fee sections—ensuring accurate payment collection.
Arbiter Websites
Improvements
- Billing Status Notice for Websites: When an account’s billing is not up to date, Websites now display a clear notice with instructions on who to contact to renew the account. This ensures customers understand next steps and can quickly resolve billing issues to restore full site access.

Sprint 523 (12/3/2025)

- League Schedulers were unable to publish games if using an odd number of teams
Student Registration
IMPROVEMENTS
Student Transfers –
-
Added Text Formatting Options: Organization users can now format student transfer question descriptions using a rich-text toolbar. Bold, italics, underline, bullet points, links, and tables are now fully supported—and formatting will stay consistent across setup, preview, and the live registration form. This update makes it easier to provide clear instructions and context to parents, mirroring the same formatting options available in the email messaging editor.
- Improved Transfer Status Formatting: Transfer status updates sent from Student Registration to Arbiter are now cleanly formatted for better readability. Previously, all status values were returned as one unformatted string, making them hard to distinguish from user-entered comments.
FIXES
- Discount Removal Checkout Fix: Fixed an issue where registrations marked Correction Required showed $0 due at checkout after an organization removed a discount. Totals now recalculate correctly, ensuring families see the proper amount due and preventing unpaid registrations from being submitted.
- Attendance Dropdown Fix in Reports: We fixed an issue in Student Registration reports where the attendance tracking dropdown wouldn’t update after a selection, and selecting a value in Recurring Email unintentionally triggered an attendance update. Dropdowns now behave as expected—attendance updates only when a user selects it directly, ensuring accurate tracking and a smoother report creation workflow.
Arbiter Websites
Improvements
- Basecamp - User Management Module: We have introduced a full User Management module in Basecamp. This upgrade gives Admins with higher roles better control over user access across all Arbiter Websites. It is now possible to create users, assign roles for specific sites or domains, update or remove access, and send password reset links without needing to go into each site. Bulk role assignment is also available to speed up onboarding.
-
Site Defaults and Global Short codes in Local Value Mapping: The Local Value Mapping screen has been enhanced with new options for setting site defaults and global short code values. You can now define reusable items such as contact email, tagline, social links, and widget keys in one place. These values can be inserted anywhere across the site using simple short code tokens. This makes setup faster and ensures consistent information across templates, widgets, and content blocks.
Bug Fixes
- Page Visibility Fix: An Admin user in UCPS (Union County Public Schools) reported seeing only some pages instead of full access. This issue has been resolved. Access now reflects the correct permissions, and all expected pages are visible again.
Mobile Apps
Improvements
- Redesigned Officials View: The officials view now features a more intuitive layout, making it easier to review all assignments at a glance, quickly accept them, and seamlessly switch between agenda and calendar views.
- Basketball Overtime Status: Users can now indicate if a game went into overtime when submitting scores in the app.
- Note: This functionality will be expanded to all applicable sports in future releases.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where schedules and games were not appearing for some users on the Home tab. The view now shows your favorite team’s next two upcoming games, including today’s events, with a “See All” option for the full schedule.
- Fixed an issue that prevented some users from signing in unless they force-closed the app.
School Directory
- States now have the ability to filter by school type (e.g. High School, Middle School). This allows states to still have middle schools aligned under their account while giving them flexibility to not always see them.
Sprint 522 (11/12/2025)
Scheduling
Publishing imported games
- Games that are imported by assigners will default to Published and show on both school's schedules and ArbiterLive when added.
Bug Fixes
- Archived games were being included when Assigners would export games using the different reports available on the Schedule page.
- Game Change notifications were not being sent to all staff members listed at a school.
- The sport of STUNT was updated.
Student Registration
IMPROVEMENTS
-
Student Transfers –
- Change of Address Flow: We’ve improved the transfer form experience by repositioning the question about school staff ownership of the current address. This question now appears directly below the file upload button—but only when “Change of Address” is selected as the reason for transfer. This update ensures better visibility and a more intuitive flow for users.
- Student Transfer Only Organizations: Organizations with limited, Student-Transfer Only, access in our Arbiter360 States (currently KY and MT) were previously unable to publish programs “Privately.” This has been updated to allow them to do so.
FIXES
- Fixed Report Selection Count Bug: We resolved an issue where the "Select All" checkbox in filtered reports incorrectly counted all users in the report, ignoring filters and pagination. The selected count now accurately reflects only the users shown based on applied filters, ensuring consistency for all organization users across programs.
Arbiter Websites
Improvements
- We updated the site’s robots.txt rules so that Atlassian’s systems can safely read or index pages they need — like for integrations or documentation — while keeping the rest of the site secure and search-friendly.
Bug Fixes
-
Photo Gallery – Public Album Visibility: Resolved an issue where public photo albums were hidden from visitors who were not logged in. Public albums now display correctly for all site viewers.
- Default Page Layout Enhancement: New pages now open using the Full Width layout by default for those that opt this layout for its pages, providing a cleaner and more modern appearance across sites.
Dynamic Team Menu
- The top navigation menu now automatically updates to display the teams linked to your Arbiter Game account. This enhancement ensures your website stays fully connected and synchronized with Arbiter, giving you the most up-to-date team information in one convenient place.
Mobile Apps
Improvements
- The Arbiter Registration App has been updated to the latest version of Expo SDK (54). The app experience will be smoother, and updates now apply automatically without needing to restart the app.
- The Arbiter Registration iOS App is moving from the FamilyID developer account to the Arbiter developer account. This change does not affect users and does not require reinstalling the app.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where users encountered login errors after selecting “Continue as Fan.”
- Fixed a dark mode UI bug that made text unreadable when managing favorites.
Eligibility Notifications
- A new eligibility reminder has been added - an eligibility notification will be sent to all enrolled coaches and officials when an eligibility opens. This should be helpful to people that register early and need to know when they can start completing eligibility tasks.
School Directory
- On the public directory, we have added the email for staff members to allow the public to more quickly contact the appropriate person at the school.
- With Arbiter 360 you can now CC recipients and change the Reply-To address when emailing member schools, giving you more flexibility and control over communication.
- We fixed the text formatting buttons in the school directory email editor so you can format messages without issues.
- School exports now respect the filters you apply, so the Excel file matches what you see on your screen.
Sprint 521 (10/29/2025)
Scheduling
New Sports and Activities
- Associations and Schools will now be able to schedule events, create rosters, and manage eligibility for the following sports and activities; Stunt, Futsal, Scholastic Bowl, Speech, Debate, Visual Arts, Music, Band, Robotics, and JROTC.
USSF IDs
- Officials and assigners will be able to modify USSF IDs that have been incorrectly linked to an official. When the new ID is saved, we will run the sync with the Learning Center to bring back any certifications the official has completed.
Bug Fixes
- Game imports were failing for assigners if there were new teams on the import. Assigners should now be able to import games that have new teams on them. The assigner level must be unstandardized to add a new team for that level.
- When selecting a date on the calendar in Arbiter Game, schools would see a blank date. Now, if a school selects a date on the calendar, we will show the corresponding date and any events for that day.
Student Registration
IMPROVEMENTS
-
Messages Table – Refreshed Layout and Buttons: The Messages table has
been updated with a cleaner, more organized design. Buttons and layout spacing
have been refined to improve readability and ease of use when viewing or
managing message history.
- These visual updates create a more modern, consistent experience that aligns with other areas of the platform and helps users navigate messaging actions more efficiently.
- Quick Connect – Improved Messaging Display: Organizations with text messaging enabled will now see a cleaner experience when using the Email/Text Selected option. Previously, the Quick Connect marketing message still appeared even though texting was already active.
- With this update, the marketing message is now only shown for organizations that have not yet enabled text messaging, ensuring admins and staff see accurate, relevant information when sending messages.
-
Quick Connect – Recipient Warning for Missing Phone Numbers: When sending text messages from the Reports page, users will now see a warning message and tooltip if any selected recipients do not have a valid phone number.
- This update helps school administrators quickly identify who will not receive the text, reducing confusion and ensuring messages are only sent to valid contacts. The system still sends texts to all eligible recipients, while clearly flagging any that are missing phone numbers or have opted out.
-
Student Transfers – New “State Approved for Sub Varsity” Status: State
users can now select a new transfer status, “State Approved for Sub
Varsity,” during the student transfer review process. This improvement
is for our State Association, Arbiter 360 customers!
This update enables more precise tracking and communication of transfer decisions—especially for cases where a student is approved to participate only at the sub-varsity level. The new status is fully supported across the Student Registration platform and will appear consistently wherever transfer statuses are displayed.
- We’ve upgraded our application’s Puma web server to the latest stable version across all services. This update improves security, performance, and reliability behind the scenes—helping ensure faster load times and stronger protection against potential vulnerabilities. Customers will experience smoother, more stable performance without any changes to their workflow.
FIXES
-
Checkout Page – Order Total Display Fix: We’ve resolved an issue on
the Checkout page where the Order Total did not update correctly when users
selected or unselected registrants during online payment. In some cases,
the total would remain at $0.00 or show an incorrect amount after reselecting
participants.
- With this fix, the Order Total now accurately reflects the correct price any time a user updates their selections—ensuring a clear, consistent, and reliable payment experience.
Arbiter Websites
Improvements
- Implemented dynamic meta tags and SEO optimization for parameterized pages. Each page now generates relevant meta from parameters like school, sport, and season, adds OG tags for sharing, and ensures canonical consistency.
- Added a Photo Galleries toggle in Basecamp, allowing onboarding reps or master admins to show or hide galleries on the site’s frontend. This simplifies configuration for schools that use or don’t use galleries.
- Implemented a GA4 (Google Analytics 4) Tracker Installer in Basecamp. Onboarding reps and master admins can now paste a client’s GA4 Measurement ID to automatically embed tracking into the correct site settings.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue preventing Administrator-level users from accessing Menu Widgets. Administrators can now view and manage widgets as intended.
WIDGET IMPROVEMENTS
-
We changed the way scores and win/loss/tie is displayed to make it more clear
what the result of the game was.
- We fixed an issue where scores were missing on the schedule widget if there was a TBA team on a game. Scores should show up now even if the opposing team has not been selected.
Mobile Apps
Improvements
-
Officials Block Management Improvements:
- Added empty state messaging in time selectors to improve clarity.
- Repositioned the “All Day” option above time inputs to minimize unnecessary data entry.
- Introduced a helper icon for firm blocks to clarify their purpose.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where extra top padding appeared when viewing teams and individual games on Android devices.
Eligibility Notifications
- A new eligibility reminder has been added - an eligibility notification will be sent to all enrolled coaches and officials when an eligibility opens. This should be helpful to people that register early and need to know when they can start completing eligibility tasks.
School Directory
- School and staff lists have been split out so that states have the ability to see lists in their proper context. If a state wants to see a list of their schools and the primary contact there they can do so from the “Schools” tab and if they want to view a full list of staff at those schools, filter down to specific people, and compose emails they can do that from the “Staff” tab.
Sprint 520 (10/15/2025)
Scheduling
Filtering for assigners on Archived games page
- Assigners can now filter for specific games on the Archived games page. Assigners can restore games to their schedule if needed for payment purposes or scheduling updates.
Archived games showing on contact payment screen
- We will no longer show archived games under a contact's payment screen. Only active games on the assigner's schedule will show. If a school is needing to see an archived game, the assigner will need to restore that game.
League Scheduler support for co-ops
- The league scheduler tool will now support the ability to use co-op teams when building out your leagues schedule.
Game ID added back to the game change emails
- The Game ID has been added back to the game change emails. This ID can be used as a reference for schools and assigners to identify a specific game.
Bug Fixes
- Assigners were getting an error when trying to unassign officials from positions that have been deleted. We will not allow the deletion of positions going forward if officials exist on games using that position. If all games are archived that include that position, we will allow the assigner to remove the position.
- Assigners were getting an improper Repeat of Teams issue for officials when trying to assign them to games. This was related to archived games being considered as part of that setting. That setting will now disregard games that have been archived.
- Users would receive an error In ArbiterLive when trying to view game details for a game with a TBA team. Users should now be able to view those game details.
Student Registration
IMPROVEMENTS
-
Enhancement: Email Notifications for Non-Provided Recipient Addresses
When sending emails from the Reports modal (“Email Selected” or “Edit Selected”), administrators will now see a clear warning if any selected recipients lack an email address. Messages still send to valid recipients, helping avoid confusion about delivery status.
- Upgrade Promotion for Student Transfer Only Accounts: Student Transfer Only organizations now see a new promotional page under the Subscriptions tab. The page highlights the benefits of upgrading to a full Arbiter account, featuring updated visuals, spacing, and links to marketing pages that showcase the full Arbiter experience.
- Sidekiq Version Upgrade: We’ve upgraded Sidekiq, our background job processing tool, from version 6.1.0 to a newer, supported version to improve performance, reliability, and security.
FIXES
- Offline Payment Balance: Families who selected “Pay Offline” during registration were unable to return and complete an online payment because the balance incorrectly displayed as $0. This issue has been fixed; balances now remain accurate, and families can switch to online payment after submission.
- College Advisor Integration: Phone numbers were being sent with an extra “consent” field, causing sync errors. This has been corrected—only the phone number is now sent, and data syncs successfully with College Advisor.
Arbiter Websites
Improvements
- The administrator dashboard has been simplified to show only panels that are relevant to site analytics and statistics. Unnecessary or unused sections have been hidden to create a cleaner and easier-to-navigate experience.
- Form creation is now smoother and more accessible. Conditional logic has been improved, so forms can show or hide fields based on what users select. Styling for multi-column layouts has been fixed to display evenly on all screen sizes. Accessibility has also been enhanced to better support screen readers, making forms easier for everyone to use.
- The security system that protects Arbiter Websites has received a major update. It now includes a redesigned firewall and stronger malware scanning. Login protection and two-factor authentication have been improved for multisite users, keeping websites safer from unauthorized access.
Bug Fixes
- For Arbiter Game widget that are placed in the header or above the menu, its dropdown now displays correctly without being covered by the site’s menu. This fix ensures visitors can easily access all options in the widget.
- Headers for member schools migrated from older rST6 sites now display correctly. This fix keeps layouts consistent and professional across all school pages.
- Visibility issues on dropdown menus when on mobile devices have been fixed. All menu items are fully visible and easy to tap, improving the browsing experience for visitors on phones and tablets.
WIDGET IMPROVEMENTS
- We changed the way scores and win/loss/tie is displayed to make it more clear what the result of the game was.
- If a game was cancelled or postponed, we will still display those games on the schedule widget along with the game status.
Mobile Apps
Improvements
- Updated single event behavior to save only the selected event to the user's preferred calendar rather than saving device specific calendars.
- Improved empty state messaging to provide better guidance when no data is available.
- The event display was updated to show only the date for past events, replacing the previous time-only format.
- Added unique IDs to elements in the mobile app to enable automated testing and integration. (Internal Improvement)
- Implemented error monitoring to improve system reliability and issue tracking. (Internal Improvement)
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the WebView for multi-factor authentication would close if the user left the app on Android. Users can now switch to other apps (e.g., messaging) and return to complete MFA without interruption.
- Fixed a bug where timezones were not correctly applied when fans saved events to their calendars.
- Corrected an issue where the previously selected day was not applied to the block UI when adding a new block.
- Arbiter Registration App - Mobile Menu Language Selection: On mobile, the account menu closed unexpectedly when selecting the language option, preventing users from changing their preference. This issue has been fixed—the menu now stays open, allowing smooth language selection and navigation.
- Arbiter Registration App - Mobile Compatibility for Reports Page: The Reports page was not displaying correctly on mobile devices—users couldn’t scroll horizontally, and columns overlapped when switching between portrait and landscape. This issue has been fixed, and the Reports table now adjusts responsively across devices and orientations for full visibility and alignment. Please note - the scroll functionally works on the selection of a precise area of the table so as not to disrupt column drag-and-drop.
Eligibility
- States can now enforce clinic completion to be done during specified dates. For example, if coaches or officials are required to take the same online clinic every year, states can enforce that it must be done during the corresponding school year (between 7/1/2025 and 6/30/2026) in order to count. This allows states to require taking the same course each year instead of creating a copy of the same content from one year to the next.
School Directory
- We corrected an issue where downloading the staff report from the school directory was not honoring filters. Now, when you download that report it will remember what filters you've put in place on name, role, or school.
Sprint 519 (10/1/2025)
Scheduling
Update to Time Selection field in ArbiterGame
- The time selection fields used throughout the school's scheduling platform will now allow you to choose from 15-minute increments and also give you the option of AM/PM. We will default to 12 PM when no Team Default has been set up.

Adding Students to Rosters
- When adding a new student to the school's student list, admins will now have an option to Save & Add to Team, which will allow you to put the student on rosters once the required fields are added for that student.

Bug Fixes
- When using Advanced Filters in Arbiter Scheduling, if the user navigates back to the Simple Filters the different filters were being reset to blank. Now, those Simple Filters should reset to what was previously selected before using the Advanced Filters.
- When a school is using Advanced Filters on their schedule and then they navigate back to Simple Filters, those filters were being cleared out. Now, when returning from Advanced Filters the Simple Filters will resort to what was previously selected instead of clearing out.
Student Registration
IMPROVEMENTS
The Physical Date field has been updated with a help-tip to ensure the correct date entry is made.
Physical Date Help-Tip
FIXES
- Email Messages Sent Via App: Email messages were not sending correctly when sent from the Arbiter Registration mobile app. This issue has been resolved, and messages now deliver as expected to the account owner.
- Updated Email Address Display: When users updated their email address, the change saved correctly to their profile but continued showing the old email in the Organization → Users list. This display issue has been fixed, and updated email addresses now appear consistently across all views.
- Student Sync Between Arbiter Registration and Arbiter Game :Sporadically, students who had registered for a sport in Student Registration and met all required fields (first name, last name, graduation year) were not appearing under the Eligibility tab in Arbiter Game. This issue has been fixed, and students now display correctly in Arbiter Game.
- T-Shirt Size Not Saving: An issue where the Youth-Small t-shirt size was not saving or displaying in registration forms has been resolved. All t-shirt sizes now save and display correctly in the family view/edit, organization view/edit, and table view.
- Student Transfer Counts: The “filled” number for student transfers was not displaying all associated users, and the count on the Programs page did not match the “Results” count in the table view. This has been corrected—both counts now accurately reflect the number of students with a completed transfer and display consistently.
- Phone Numbers in People Tab and Download: Phone numbers were showing in the wrong format in the People tab and it's corresponding download. This has been fixed, and numbers now display clearly in the standard phone number format.
Arbiter Websites
NEW
- Improved Search Engine Visibility: All live school websites will now always be visible to Google and other search engines. This fix is vital because if a site is hidden, families and fans may not be able to find schedules, updates, or announcements when searching online. From now on, only test or staging sites will stay hidden, while live sites remain fully discoverable.
- Easier Menu Management: Safety control setting has been added when editing menus. This change helps prevent accidental deletions of the main menu, one of the most important parts of a site. With this update, menus can be updated more confidently while ensuring links and navigation stay intact and easy for communities to use.
FIXES
- Sitemap Loading Issue – Fixed a problem where Content > Sitemap in the administration dashboard would keep loading without results.
- Mobile Menu Display – Corrected an issue where dropdown items in the Teams menu were cut off or misaligned in mobile view.
- Coach User Permissions – Resolved a bug where coaches added via import could not post content. Imported coaches now have the correct permissions, consistent with manually added coaches.
WIDGET IMPROVEMENTS
- The schedule and score ticker will now properly display blank scores and zero scores. Previously, there were issues displaying these accurately or clearly and now a blank score will show a dash and if the score for a team was zero that will be accurate as well.
- The home team will always be listed second on the score ticker.
Mobile Apps
Bug Fixes
- Addressed an issue where games and locations were duplicated in tournaments with multiple sites. Users will now see each game and location listed only once.
- Resolved an issue where student grade levels were being truncated when viewing rosters on certain Samsung devices.
- Fixed a bug where the state abbreviation would disappear on Android devices after tapping the home button on the search school scene.
- On Android devices, users who initially accessed the app as fans and then attempted to log in as admins or officials were frequently shown an error message. This issue has been resolved, and users can now switch roles without encountering errors.
- An issue with the refresh token was causing users to be logged out and prompted to reauthenticate, often with MFA, each time they opened the app. This has been resolved and users who successfully authenticate will now remain logged in.
- A bug on Android prevented any bottom sheet components from being clickable, blocking key actions such as editing blocks, deleting blocks or switching bank account information for payments. This issue has been fixed, and bottom sheets are now fully interactive.
- Fixed an issue where unexpected "" characters were appearing throughout contract text.
- Refactored the Android post-WebView login redirect flow to improve usability and reduce edge case bugs.
Eligibility Reminders
- We will now send out eligibility reminders to any official or coach who has not finished their tasks a week after the eligibility opens. This should help with conversion rates on users completing eligibility and automate a manual task currently handled by state office staff.
School Directory
- The sort order on the school directory page has been fixed. If you filter for multiple roles (e.g. Athletic Directory, Principal, Bookkeeper) then it will show all staff members grouped by school instead of breaking it up by role.
- States can now filter for staff and coaches at the same time. This is useful if, for example, you're trying to get out communication to all Athletic Directors and Coaches at the same time.
- State Associations who are Arbiter360 will now have access to generate a link to a Public Directory of their member schools. The Public Directory contains information related to the member schools as well as the staff and coaches at the member schools.
Sprint 518 (9/17/2025)
Scheduling
ArbiterGame sync with Facility Scheduler
- For schools who choose to use the integration between ArbiterGame and Facility Scheduler, we will be able to sync over any existing games that were entered before the integration was turned on.
Bug Fixes
- Schools were unable to update games that contained a TBA opponent. That has been update and schools can make the necessary edits to those games.
- The Game Import template was not importing all of the games and providing a reason why the import failed. If games do not import properly, a message will be provided to the user letting them know why the game failed.
Student Transfers
-
Student-Transfers have been greatly improved!
- Now, when you activate the Student Transfers section in your registration program, you have many more options to customize the questions asked, up to 10 reasons-for-transfer, and follow-up questions.
-
You can now define "Reasons for Transfer" and set follow-up questions that
only show based on a registrant’s selected reason.
- Examples: custody change, address change, hardship waivers
- Special logic automatically included for scenarios like homeschool transfers
- For states using Arbiter360 (Montana and Kentucky only at this time) for student transfer management, transfer details are automatically with the state association for governance.
- View the help article here to get started
- Alongside these improvements for schools, we have also improved the state tools available for reviewing these transfer requests. States that have Arbiter 360 can now see all student transfer requests on one page and dive into each one to review the details, add comments, and either approve/reject these requests. This Arbiter 360 feature digitizes the paper trail of student transfers for streamlined review and more reliable record keeping.

-
When Allow Transfers is enabled, organizations will now see a follow-up

at in-person events and get credit for their eligibility requirements.

Locked Sections in Page Builder

- Admins still have full control – Editing is restricted based on user roles, using global widget feature and Advanced Access Manager.
- Keeps things cleaner – No more fixing layouts after someone unknowingly edits the wrong block.
- Why it matters: This helps protect sponsor visibility, saves you time, and reduces mistakes from users who just need to update simple content.
- Want it enabled? It’s already available. If you want to lock specific areas on your site, reach out to your onboarding rep or admin team.

- Resolved an issue where in some reports, when filtering a report by last name only would not display the last name in the table view. The table now correctly shows when filtered by last name alone.

Schools can configure CardPointe as a payment method using their existing merchant credentials. An “Other” payment method will also be available for offline payments. Payment management, including refunds, will continue to be handled through the CardPointe merchant portal. If a refund is issued in CardPointe, the corresponding registration record in Arbiter Registration should be manually updated to reflect the change.
IMPROVEMENTS
Internal and custom fields with long names were previously causing overly wide columns in the updated Reports table. We've now added text wrapping for these headers, allowing titles to remain readable without stretching the column width. This improves readability and keeps your reports easier to navigate.
FIXES
- Previously, participant selections made on one report could carry over when navigating to a different report, incorrectly showing selected participants that weren't actually chosen. This has now been resolved—participant selections will reset appropriately when switching between reports, ensuring accurate and expected behavior across all views.
- We’ve resolved an issue where column headers would not align after dragging and dropping columns and then scrolling down the report. Headers now persist with their appropriate column when scrolling.
- Previously, selecting “Edit Participant” from a report would incorrectly open the participant’s view page instead of the edit screen, causing an extra click. This has been fixed—users are now taken directly to the edit view as intended.

Improvements
Fixed an issue where schools were showing as duplicates on the Schools Report for State Associations.
Eligibility & Registration (Officials)
Years of Experience
Arbiter now automatically tracks officials' years of experience. As officials register each year we will add a year of experience to their profile on a sport-by-sport basis. This is also organization specific. For example, I may live on the Washington Oregon border and officiate in both states. I may also officiate multiple sports. So, it's possible that I have different years of experience between states and sports. We'll keep track of all of that, and if your state wants to bring in historic data from before you used Arbiter's Registration product, we can support that too.

We fixed an issue where in-person event attendance was not being tracked on eligibility.

The Report page for the Table and Page View has been updated and streamlined to make it easier to both view and organize.
Improvements
Account security has been improved with additional validation for the first and last name of the account user. It will now check for characters and numbers that aren't normally used in names, returning an error for any incorrect usage.
Fixes
- We've resolved an issue where updating certain fields within the parent/guardian form block would remove information such as phone numbers and emails from that area
- Logic has been updated so that using the Save and Continue button within the edit page of a participant sends the user back to that participant's view page, instead of the next participant in the program

Scheduling
We’re excited to share that Arbiter is enhancing how games are archived to help you retain information, reuse game numbers, and maintain a cleaner account.
What's New:
- Archive Games with Data: Games can now be archived even if they have attached data (paysheets, evaluations, penalty reports). You no longer need to delete key information when resetting for the new year.
- Reusing Game IDs: Once a game moves to the Archived Games page, its original Game ID can be reused—including Game ID 1.
- Comprehensive Payment Reports: Payment reports will display all games connected to those payments for better tracking.
- No Permanent Deletions: Games on the Archived Games page can’t be permanently removed, as reusing game numbers eliminates this need.
- Simplified Game Removal: Clicking the trashcan will remove the game from your schedule but keep it accessible on the Archived Games page.
- Restore Archived Games: You can restore games with attached data (officials, paysheets, evaluations, etc. when needed.

Title IX Reporting
We’re excited to announce a new feature in Arbiter – Title IX reporting! This feature is available to all Arbiter360 clients and supports state-to-school level Title IX reporting. States can now set up a template for their schools to capture information related to gender proportionality, financial information, facility checks, and student surveys.
This new feature will help states support their schools in their efforts to foster an equitable athletic environment for all their student athletes. Additionally, it will provide the tools needed at the state office to quickly see how schools are progressing with their report, and who may need follow up.
Initially, we are just rolling out the Financials section, but we will continue to develop the other areas to support comprehensive Title IX reporting. Stay tuned for more updates!

Scheduling
Scheduling against Out-of-State Opponents
If a school has multiple opponents from different States, but with the same name, the State abbreviation will be displayed in the opponent's list.
Arbiter Mobile Updates
- Fans should be able to see Games, Practices, Rosters, and Coaches of any teams from a school.
- Officials can see Assigner details and school contact information in the mobile app when viewing their game details.
Payment
Fixes
- Some schools were getting a failed payment error when trying to execute payments. This has been resolved, and all valid payments should go through again.
- The payment details report was not always including event workers. This has been fixed.
- Some assigners publish their own 1099s. For those doing that, some of them were getting stuck in processing. We reset those and figured out the issue and put a fix in place.
- There are times when a user needs to request a new Arbiter Pay prepaid card after their old one was lost or expired. There was an issue with requesting a new card that has been fixed.
Student Registration
New
High-level account data-points are now being sent to ArbiterGame to enable a dashboard build for 360 and other ‘parent’ level organizations. This includes Total Accounts, Account status, and other Account information such as number of registrations, registration type, and organization ID.
Improvements
- You can now use the "Save and Continue" button in a report's page view to update a participant's status and be automatically redirected to the next participant in the report. Previously, this process required manually navigating back to the next participant from the table view. This enhancement streamlines your workflow, saving time and effort.
- The following security measures were put into place due to an abundance of spam accounts being created: Names containing Chinese, Japanese, or Korean (CJK) characters or numbers over 99 will now trigger an error and require correction before saving. Additionally, first and last names are limited to 26 characters to ensure accurate and standardized account data.
Fixes
- We’ve resolved an issue in the Injury Management feature where attendance dates were sometimes incorrectly recorded as the following day. This was caused by the system using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The time zone has now been updated to Pacific Time to better align with our customers' needs and ensure accurate date logging.
- We’ve fixed an issue where users were unable to save prices with decimals when for add-ons in subscriptions. Previously, decimal values would either round down to the nearest whole number or fail to save entirely. You can now successfully enter and save prices with decimal values for add-ons.
