Student Registration - Table View and Page View

There are two formats for viewing data in reports: Table View and Page View. When creating a report, you will set the default view. However, report viewers can switch between these two formats as needed.

Default Settings

When creating a report, you can customize the default settings to determine how it will be displayed when saved.

  1. Click Reports.

  1. Scroll down to Report Settings.
  2. Click the drop-down menu and select whether you want your report displayed in Table View or Page View as the default view.

  1. Click Save.

Switch Between Table View and Page View

After saving your report’s default view settings, you can alternate between Table View and Page View when viewing the report.

  1. Click Table View.
