There are two formats for viewing data in reports: Table View and Page View. When creating a report, you will set the default view. However, report viewers can switch between these two formats as needed.

Default Settings
When creating a report, you can customize the default settings to determine how it will be displayed when saved.
- Click Reports.
- Scroll down to Report Settings.
- Click the drop-down menu and select whether you want your report displayed in Table View or Page View as the default view.
- Click Save.
Switch Between Table View and Page View
After saving your report’s default view settings, you can alternate between Table View and Page View when viewing the report.
- Click Table View.
- Click Page View.
