Verified

Indicate whether the games are Verified or Unverified. Note: Verifying games is the first step before creating paysheets.

Self-Assign

Based on the games you’ve selected, you can specify whether they are self-assignable by the official or not.

Paid by Bill-To

This setting updates how officials will be paid for each game they officiate. If a school pays officials through Arbiter Pay, marking games as Paid by Bill-to ensures that officials are paid directly by the school. If you pay officials using a paysheet, you’ll need to select Not Paid by Bill-to instead.

Add/Remove Slots

Slots represent the number of officials assigned to officiate a game. You can choose to add or remove default slots, or remove non-default slots that haven’t been assigned. To configure your default slots, go to Resources, then edit the number of slots under the appropriate Sport and Level. Click here to learn more.
