How do I set up CardPointe (FiServ) on Arbiter Registration?

In this article, you will learn two ways to set up your CardPointe (FiServ) payment method on Arbiter Registration.

This payment method can only be used for rSchool Merchant Account users.

NOTE: Before you begin, please contact [e-mail] to obtain your API credentials. This step is required and is separate from your account login credentials.

Where do I set up my CardPointe Payment method?

1. Click Organization.

2. Click Payment Methods.

3. Click Create New Payment Method.

4. Click the drop-down menu and select Credit Card (CardPointe).

5. You can enter the following information to link your CardPointe account with Arbiter Registration. 
6. Click Save.

After setting up your CardPointe payment method, you will need to link your CardPointe payment to your current registration. Locate your CardPointe payment method, click the number '0,' and attach it to your current registration.

Link your CardPointe Payment method directly to your Arbiter Registration program

The second way to link your CardPointe payment method is by accessing your registration program and linking it directly from there.

1. Click Programs.

2. Click Edit on the registration program you want to link to your CardPointe payment method.

3. Click 6 Payment.
4. Click Create New Payment Method.

5. Click the drop-down menu and select Credit Card (CardPointe).

6. You can enter the following information to link your CardPointe account with Arbiter Registration. 
7. Click Save.

How do I become compliant?

1. Log in to your CardPointe account.
2. Click My Account.
