Unified Login Experience – Frequently Asked Questions

Arbiter is introducing a unified login experience on April 1, 2026, to make sign‑in easier and more consistent across Arbiter and Arbiter Registration.

Below are answers to common questions about what’s changing and what you can expect.

Why does the login page look different for Arbiter Registration?

We’ve updated the login experience to Arbiter Registration so users can access Arbiter products with one email and one password. The new login screen may look different, but your account, access, and data remain the same.

Do I need to create a new account?

No. If you already have an Arbiter or Arbiter Registration account, do not create a new one.

What does “one account, one password” mean?

If you use the same email address for both Arbiter and Arbiter Registration:

  • Your accounts will be automatically connected the first time you sign in to Arbiter Registration.
  • You don’t need to do anything—this happens automatically in the background.
  • After that, you’ll use your Arbiter password (the same one you already use) for Arbiter and Arbiter Registration.
  • If you only use one product, nothing changes—keep using your existing email and password.

How do I log in to Arbiter Registration now?

  • Go to Arbiter Registration as you normally would
  • You’ll be redirected to the new unified login screen
  • Enter your existing email and password

After signing in, you’ll land in the same place as before.

I use both Arbiter and Arbiter Registration. Which password do I use?

If both accounts use the same email address, sign in with the password you already use. After your first login, you’ll use your Arbiter password for both systems going forward.

What if I used different emails for each system?

Accounts are only connected automatically when they use the same email address.

If you used different emails:

  • You may continue using the accounts separately, or
  • Contact Arbiter Support for help updating or combining your accounts

Has my password changed?

No. Your password has not changed. If you forget it, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset it.

Will I need to set up additional security?

There are no new requirements as part of this change.

  • Parents and students will not see any additional security steps
  • Some organization users may see optional security options, just as before

Will there be any downtime?

No major downtime is expected.

You may be asked to sign in again the first time you visit after the update, but everything else will work as usual.

What about the mobile app?

A small update to the Arbiter Registration mobile app will go live in the following weeks. Until then, login will remain the same.

  • Tap Sign In to begin
  • Sign in using the unified login experience (same as web)
  • After signing in, you’ll continue using the app as you normally would

What should I do if I can’t log in?

If you’re having trouble:

  • Confirm you’re using the correct email address
  • Try resetting your password
  • Contact Arbiter Support for help

We’re here to make this transition as smooth as possible.
