How to Create a Form?

1. Click Content > Forms > Poll Forms.

2. Click Add New Poll Form.

3. Title your form by clicking Polling.

4. Enter a title, then click Rename.

5. (Optional) You can add new fields to the form by dragging and dropping General Fields to the left. 

6. Edit your fields by hovering over it and clicking on the edit pencil.

7. You can edit the parameters of the field on the right hand side. 

8. You can return to Input Fields and add more fields to your form, if necessary.

9. Once you have finished editing your form, click Save Form.

10. You will find all of your forms, can make any adjustments to your forms by hovering and clicking on the presented options. 

How do I Add a Form to a Page?

1. Under ShortCode, copy the short code on the right hand side.

2. Click Content > Pages.

3. Open the desired page builder where you want to add this form under and type on the search bar, "ShortCode."

Note: You must already have a page created and built. For more information on how to create pages, click here. 

4. Drag the ShortCode option to your page, paste the code into the ShortCode box, then click Apply.
