Migration Overview SS / What's Changing

We are in the final phase of transitioning scheduling, registration and websites from BigTeams into Arbiter by August 14. 

Here's a quick overview:

• What's changing: Any platform you were using, will be transitioned over to Arbiter before Fall 2026-27.
• What's NOT changing: Facilities Scheduler, Arbiter Pay and Arbiter Assigning remain in place and will continue to work as expected.
• Your data: Our data team is migrated your future schedules along with the associated teams and sites. Non-Athletic events were also imported. Anything not currently visible, you may add manually or via our mass import tool.
