Note for new accounts: Before you can add games, you must set up Sports, Levels, Positions, Sites & SubSites, Teams, and Bill-Tos.

How do I add a game as a contact?
How do I add a game?
1. Click Schedule.
2. Click +Add Game.
3. Add a Game #.
4. Select Sport and Level.
5. Choose Home and Away Teams.
6. Select Sites and Bill-Tos.
7. Select Game Type.
8. Select Date and Time.
Note: Make sure the box next to "Match Game Level" is selected. This will allow games under selected levels to show correctly for the school and the assigner.
9. Click Save.
After you have added a game, the system will remain on the Add Game page so that you can continue adding games. If you wish to return to the Games & Assignments page, click the Cancel button.

How do I edit a game?
1. Click Schedule.
2. Click the Blue Edit Pencil.
3. Make Edits.
4. Click Save.
If you change any critical game details, you will be prompted to send out notifications.
5. Check individuals to notify.
6. Click OK.
How do I add a game as a contact?
Note: This is a permission-dependent function. Your Assigner will need to give you permissions on their end.
1. Click Schedule.
2. Click on the game number.
3. Click the green + under Edit Game Schedule.
Note: If the green + does not show, you do not have permission from your assigner to add games.
4. Enter the away team, site, game date and time.
5. Click Save.
